WARRANTY INFORMATION

The Information You Need to Know

We warrant that our jewellery Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

For all warranty claims take the Jewellery back to the place of purchase with the original receipt.

Our 12 month warranty does not cover:

– Accidental damage or mistreatment

– Alteration to the Product

– Damage caused by exposure to perfume, hairspray, chlorine, saltwater moisturiser, shampoo and cleaning products such as and bleach.

– Normal wear and tear or aging of the materials

– Damages as a result of improper usage such as scratching

– Intentional damage

All watch Products have a 2-year manufacturers limited waranty from the date of original purchase.

For ALL warranty claims you must present your original tax invoice or warranty booklet for watches.
